Alaya Presents Ishvara's Spiritual Teachings

Disolving The Scars

Synopsis
of Teaching

 • You have come from a place of such intense conditioning, programming, hypnosis -- all of which leaves its effect.
Being patient in the moment, finding places of connection and cooperation, allowing, trying to be with what is, not being judgmental or attached or resisting -- these are the best tools that you have.
It takes the whole being - the brain, the body, the emotions - to access the higher frequencies. Every aspect ofLife needs to find an alignment in which it can be a natural, flowing process.
In transcendence, healing is taking place, the scar tissue is being dissolved, the past is being unbound, and gradually there is the awareness, "Oh, that is just what happened. I am more than that."
As you find this place of serene cooperation, the brain begins to develop new neural pathways that will sustain this state. This shift is a slow process; it does not happen overnight.
If you hold the awareness that Life is a spiral, that it is always different, this awareness helps the brain to override the old neural pathways that have kept the programs running.

Much of what you are is the past, scar tissue. You have come from a place of such intense conditioning, programming, hypnosis -- all of which leaves its effect. It takes time for the brain to rewire and dissolve these neural pathways, and likewise for the body to dissolve old patterns and move beyond them.

Being patient in the moment, finding places of connection and cooperation, allowing, trying to be with what is, not being judgmental or attached or resisting -- these are the best tools that you have. It is givingLife, through compassion, a lot of understanding, not beating yourself up because the past continues to hang around, but just to see, "Well, that's something old, that's an old wound." As you contemplate this Life, you become aware of better ways to do things.

In finding this connection in Life, it is important to recognize that it is a progressive awareness and movement. When Life is ready, change will happen. It can't be pushed or coerced or forced or controlled. You have the desire to be more, because you know you ARE more. You sense that more-ness. But if you start pushing towards that, then you get in the way. It is like forcing the body into something that it is not ready for.

It takes the whole being - the brain, the body, the emotions - to access the higher frequencies. Every aspect of Life needs to find an alignment in which it can be a natural, flowing process. A natural flowing process seems very unnatural to this conditional world. So you often have the consensus and conditional realities in the way. It is a matter of recognizing these conditions, seeing that they are not absolutes, that humans have been doing certain things for a long time out of habit, and possibly it has never occurred to them that there is a more resonating, connecting, cooperating, harmonizing place to be.

In the meantime, it is a matter of giving yourself sufficient space, allowing, and compassion to move through those conditions, always holding that the highest good is taking place, and knowing you are that. You are the highest good taking place, in spite of the obstacles, in spite of the scarring, in spite of the past.

Humans have the common ground of conditional reality, consensus reality, programs and hypnosis. It is up to each human to realize that, at many levels, to allow that it can be transcended. In transcendence, healing is taking place, the scar tissue is being dissolved, the past is being unbound, and gradually there is the awareness, "Oh, that is just what happened. I am more than that." It is always to realize that you are more than the problem, you are more than the past, you are more than the consensus reality, and to allow that more-ness to come about through patience, compassion, non-attachment, non-resistance.

When you see yourself resisting something, recognize that it is something from the past, something that you did not understand, or something that someone else handed to you, and it wasn't really yours. It was something you picked up along the way that might have been useful at some point, but now you have begun to realize that it is no longer useful.

As you find this place of serene cooperation, the brain begins to develop new neural pathways that will sustain this state. This shift is a slow process; it does not happen overnight. It has taken your whole lifetime to become who you are now, and you cannot really expect Life to just erase all of that instantaneously. Usually it is a gradual, evolving process. You have to be patient with it, allow it, and not waste your energy in discouragement, or guilt, or suffering, or resistance or attachment, but to apply your energy to the direction you want to go, the direction that you perceive is possible for you. You will want that direction to be as unlimited as you can conceive it, to see it as perfection, the highest good. You will want to put as many inspiring possibilities in there as you can in order to encourage you to keep moving, to take the next step.

Life is an upward spiral. It is constantly expanding and evolving. When you continue to see the same programs running, the intellect thinks you have made no progress. But it is a spiral, not a circle; it is familiar territory, but it is not the same, because you have changed. Your awareness is greater than it was in the previous experience. You have come around to experience it again, but your frequency is higher, your awareness has expanded a bit. That is the nature of Life: to evolve. Life is always evolving, whether or not you recognize it. If you focus on the problem, you may delude yourself, trip yourself into thinking that it is the same as it was before.

If you hold the awareness that Life is a spiral, that it is always different, this awareness helps the brain to override the old neural pathways that have kept the programs running. It helps to create new neural pathways. It begins to dissolve the scarring of the past.
